Mr. Willis has represented clients in all state and federal courts in Northwest Florida (the “Florida Panhandle”) and, Central Florida and South Florida. He has represented clients from states throughout the country who have legal interests in Florida. Mr. Willis has represented two former candidates for the Office of Florida Governor, and his additional representative clients have included Legendary Marine in Destin, Florida, and Sandestin Golf and Beach Resorts in Sandestin, Florida.
Mr. Willis is admitted to practice in all Courts in the State of Florida. He is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Florida (including the Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida), the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In relation to any appeal from any Federal District Court in Florida, Mr. Willis is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and he is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court.
